Ripken Experience Legacy Program
Our Legacy Program rewards teams and organizations that come back to The Ripken Experience - Myrtle Beach or The Ripken Experience - Maryland every summer by giving those teams great benefits.
Teams returning to one of our world class facilities for a week-long tournament with a valid Legacy Program certificate will:
- Receive preferred placement in any summer week-long tournament at The Ripken Experience - Myrtle Beach or The Ripken Experience - Maryland.
- Unable to attend next year? No problem. Gift your Legacy Certificate to another team in your network and receive an autographed Cal Ripken Jr. jersey upon new team registration.
- Waive the tournament registration fee for one coach when returning to The Ripken Experience - Myrtle Beach or The Ripken Experience - Maryland (does not include lodging).
The program is 100% transferable so if your team will not be able to visit The Ripken Experience - Myrtle Beach or The Ripken Experience - Maryland next year, please pass along the Legacy Certificate to a coach, manager, or league official in your community - they will be able to join the Legacy Program with your certificate and receive all the benefits your team has earned. As a way to reward you for your efforts in keeping this Legacy Certificate alive in 2012, we offer you an autographed Cal Ripken Jr. jersey upon redemption of the Legacy Certificate. All Legacy teams must comply with procedures, policies, and/or deadlines.
A Legacy Program certificate expires only when any team does not use it for a consecutive summer since it's original issue.
The Ripken Experience Referral Program
Many teams visit The Ripken Experience - Myrtle Beach or The Ripken Experience - Maryland each year because coaches hear great things about us from coaches of teams who have already played at our world class facilities. The referral program is our way of saying, "Thanks."
For every team that registers for one of our tournaments and names you/your team as having referred them, we will apply a $250.00 credit towards your tournament registration fee. Refer two teams and we'll waive $500.00 from your registration fees.
Ripken Experience Team Fundraising Assistance
Every team that registers to play in a tournament at The Ripken Experience - Myrtle Beach or The Ripken Experience - Maryland will be invited to enroll in this fundraising assistance program designed to make your fundraising efforts easier and more effective.
The program makes every item currently in the inventory of Ironclad Authentics available "on consignment" for you to use in your fundraising efforts. Select any item and Ironclad Authentics will deliver it to you with no up-front cost. Each item will have a current market value (retail price) assigned to it. Raffle the item off and simply pay the retail price back to Ironclad Authentics. Keep all the profits and put them towards your week-long tournament experience with us!
If, for any reason, the item does not sell, simply return it to Ironclad Authentics and pay only the shipping charges.
